Quilting was my first foray back into sewing after learning as a child. In late 2020, I visited my brother and he and his partner had some quilts from his partner’s mom, and I thought they were so cool and figured I could make one. I started watching videos about making quilts and went shopping for fabric as soon as I came back.

My roommate let me borrow his sewing machine, and by the time I finished my first quilt and wanted to keep sewing, I found a vintage sewing machine to call my own.
